All of my items are 100% GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC US RETAIL DVDS and BLU-RAYS (Region 1 made for United States & Canada); I do not sell copies or bootlegs. I personally purchased directly from U.S. authorized suppliers, distributors and warehouses. 90% of my cards I opened myself but I must state Used on my auctions so I state from pack to plastic (Soft Sleeve and Hardcase protector).

As a Seller I am recognized and rewarded as a seller who consistently delivers outstanding customer service. I must meet certain sales and tracking requirements, as well as performance standards set by E-Bay.

I don't profit on shipping like many sellers who charge ridiculous amounts for shipping and so called handling fees. My real costs are the bubble envelopes, tape and at times bubble wrap. A small portion of this sale goes to cover some of my cost of supplies. If I charge for shipping,  I usually pay for Insurance and Signature Required if card or cards are more expensive.

I ship fast, usually within 1 day of payment. I always supply buyer with a tracking number for your assurance items are shipped and it gives you a date when to expect your item to arrive. I use the provided shipping option by E-Bay. If you would like to insure your item please inform me before your payment is sent. Any item damaged by USPS is not my responsibility unless insured.

All order’s that is over the first class postage limit will be sent by media mail.

Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. This is plenty of time to pay for an item. The only form of payment that I accept is PayPal. It's fast, secure, and gives you the best protection if an item is lost by the USPS. I pride myself on bidder satisfaction. My customer feedback speaks loudly about how I do business.

I adhere to all EBay rules 100%. I do file nonpaying bidder forms after the 7th day but will give extra time if I’m notified by the buyer of extreme circumstances.

Returns. I currently accept returns as long as the item is still factory sealed as it was sent. Please make sure the item I have up for auction is what you want, I always state new or used in the items description.

Please note that I do use some stock photos to post listings and that the item sent may have a different cover than the one pictured. If you are looking for a specific cover to a movie, please contact me before making your bid or purchase.
