This is an NOS distributor rotor, Ford part # FAA 12200-B.  It was used on 1960 thru 1967 Ford passenger cars, Mustang, Fairlane, Falcon and Bronco with a 6 cylinder engine.   It has "Autolite" raised in the plastic.  See my eBay auctions and my eBay Store for more Ford, Thunderbird, Lincoln, Mercury parts including the NOS Ford distributor caps and and more NOS distributor parts.
