definitive stamp, designed by Carl T. Herrman of Carlsbad, California.
The 2009 Priority Mail® stamp pays tribute to the redwood forests of the
United States. The stamp features a digital illustration by Dan
Cosgrove, Clarendon Hills, Illinois, that depicts two people walking
through a typical forest of redwood trees.
