Indian Potato Crinkle cut  FAR-FAR (Fryum) (Poppadom) Uncooked Wheat Snacks

Far-far (also fryum) is an Indian snack food enjoyed by both adults and kids. Far-far puff up instantly when deep fried, and they are either eaten as a snack or served like a poppadom to accompany a main meal. They come in a variety of colors and shapes.

Cooking Instructions:

Heat oil in a chip pan or deep fat fryer to approx. 180' C - 190' C. Do not use lard, butter or margarine.
Add a few pieces into the either basket, sieve or straight in the hot Oil. Do not overload the basket/Pan because room must be allowed for an expansion of four times of Far-Far’s original size.
Cook for 8-12 seconds.
Remove with slotted spoon and drain the oil on a paper towel.
Optional: Sprinkle some chat masala to add some tangy taste to your far-far.

Packed in a factory that handles wheat (Gluten), Nuts, Peanuts, Mustard, Sesame seeds and Soya.

Do not eat raw.
