 Items are normally sent out the same day if ordered by 10 am in the morning or within 2 working days. 

Please note the vast majority of deliveries fall within the estimated time scales above but unfortunately there can occasionally be delays within the postal service outside of our control, such as Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas also on international postage sometimes delays within Customs.

Occasionally, items do suffer some delays in the mail.

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, we recommend that you ask your local sorting office if they've tried to deliver it, or check with your neighbors to find out whether the package has been left with them. If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please wait a few days in case it's been delayed in the post. If you still haven't received your item, please contact us by eBay messaging. We will endeavor to answer all messages within 12 hours 



RETURNS

We provide returns within 30 days of purchase providing they are unopened or in original packaging and an email to let us know your reasons for return. We will only refund the purchase price not the return postage costs.
