All nautical flags on the glass have text underneath & one flag has "Enco" "a good name to tie to".  Glasses are clear, but I put some tissue paper in one glass so you could see the flags easier. Glasses hold 8 oz. comfortably (I poured water in to check). There is a tiny maker mark on bottom, but I can't tell what it is. 

Nice nautical and / or oil company advertising glasses.
