Middleton Foods Original Chippies Choice Curry Sauce Mix Vegetarian
A curry sauce mix suitable for making a pouring sauce as used by fish and chip shops.
Easy to use just add water.
Add 50g of dry mix while mixing to 300ml of cold water.
(500g of dry mix to 3 litres of cold water.)
Bring to the boil while stirring, and simmer for 5 minutes.
