Leica Elmar-M  90mm f/4 rangefinder telephoto M lens. Serial # 1139295. Made in Germany in circa 1955. Will fit bayonet mount Leica M3,M4, M2, M5, M6, M6 TTL or Leica M7 cameras. Can also be used on Leica M digital camera, and other brand mirrorless digital cameras with the proper adapter. 4 lens elements in 3 groups. 10 aperture blades for good BOKEH. Filter size is 39mm. Close focusing from 3.5 ft. Scales are in feet. Aperture range from f/4 - f/32. Lens is in Ex++ or 9 of 10 cosmetic condition. NO dents or dings. Glass with some haze inside which is common for this lens. Also a couple of tiny spots of fungus. Lens coating with some VISIBLE small cleaning marks. Smooth focusing. Smooth and clean aperture blades. This lens has always been desired for it folding compact design. This lens has a "push button" infinity lock. The lens has to be extended, and twisted into the open position for the infinity lock to work.
