Originating in the ancient folklore and legends of the Mayans, Guatemalan Worry Dolls have become an ideal natural, alternative way of alleviating stress and soothing concerns. The story goes that any troubles that plague the mind should be whispered to the doll before going to bed; the doll should then be placed beneath the pillow, and come morning, all of those troubles and concerns will have disappeared! Others still have begun to use these Worry Dolls as handy talismans, a reminder not to let the worries of life get you down.

This set includes a single 6cm Worry Doll, secured as a charming and eye-catching keyring, so that you can carry on ridding yourself of stress as you go about your day! These dolls are all handmade by Mayan communities in Guatemala, and as such are Fairtrade approved!
