EASY TO USE – To install, simply slide the heat shrink tube over your small inline splices and connectors. The product fits easily over the end of a connector and shrinks down to 25% of its original diameter to fit over connectors and wires. MULTIPURPOSE – Kable Kontrol’s durable and flame-retardant 4:1 heat shrink wire wrap is designed for a wide range of applications that require high heat-resistance. This includes insulation for electronic devices, wire strain relief and bundling, lightweight harnessing, commercial, industrial and military applications, and covering for parts such as resistors and capacitors. Lastly, these wire shrink wraps are used for specialty applications that include cable jacket retrofitting and repair.

Kable Kontrol’s 4:1 over-expanded polyolefin heat shrink tubing is flexible, flame-retardant, and used for specialty applications that include cable jacket retrofitting and repair, as well as the electrical insulation of wire assemblies with oversize components or connectors. The over-expanded product fits easily over the end of a connector and shrinks down to 25% of its original diameter to fit snugly over both the connector and any narrower attached wires.
