Unlike other methods of attempting to repair the problem, our Head Repair Kit So are not highly dependent on the skill of the installer. Anyone who is comfortable changing a 6.0L injector should be able to effectively complete this repair.
1) When diesel fuel in the cooling system caused by a crack in one of the cylinder heads, this repair tool kit can replace the factory fuel injector sleeve with an extended sleeve which completely covers the cracked area and is cemented and sealed by a retaining compound.

3) An extended repair sleeve, a bottle of sleeve retaining compound, a new lower injector body, an injector seal kit and 6.0L Injector Holding Fixture which is necessary for changing the lower injector body (a 6.0L injector sleeve remover / installer tool set will be needed during installation).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
1.Find out which cylinder head is cracked. (Most in the passenger side cylinder head. )
2.Find out which injector bore is leaking on the affected cylinder head.( Two center cylinders are the most commonly affected)
3.Installing the the fuel Injector(Apply a thin layer of grease to the tip (nozzle) area of the injector at last)
4.Installing the repair sleeve( The hole in the side of the sleeve MUST be aligned with the fuel feed passage in the cylinder head!)
