These are used items, with a certain age and signs of wear. Damages or other deviations are mentioned and described separately. Please read the description carefully, completely and take a close look to the photos. Due to the item's age do not expect items to be in perfect condition and I may not describe every little scratch or spot.
Please be advised that 'used' or 'previously owned' items will show some signs of normal use such as scuffs, scratches, chips, creases, small dings/dents, rust, spots, stains, dirt, dust, signs of installation or removal, previous owners name/initials and may have wear from moving parts that you would not expect when purchasing a new item and any more noteworthy condition issues than such will be mentioned above. I may not always clean my items prior to listing, so used items may need cleaning. I do not claim to be an expert on every item listed & describe them to the best of my knowledge. Since it is used, do not expect it to work as good as a new item.

All trademarks and brands are the property of their respective owners and are for description only. Luminaires and other electrical appliances are expressly sold as decorative objects without bulbs. (Exceptions please refer to the article description). As a rule, they no longer comply with the applicable standards and regulations of the VDE or comparable institutions. Therefore, they should be checked by a specialist before putting them into service.

We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard shipping via Deutsche Post - DHL with tracking number and insurance. We ship two times per week - it takes 3-21 days for an item to arrive, depending of the destination
- International shipping via FedEx to the US it takes 5-7 days to get to destination on request, of course it is more expensive than the standard shipping.
- Express shipping within 2 days, on request.

We pack our items professionally, with a lot of care, in order to avoid any trouble during the shipping. The shipping is insured.
However, if your item arrives damaged, please fill up immediately a claim with the courier as it is the only way to get paid by the insurance!! Take pictures of the parcel when arrives in any way damaged, take pictures of the content too. Accordingly to the shippers regulation, it is the receiver's duty to announce any kind of damage in the moment of receiving the parcel.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 14 day return policy.

Item should be packed in the same package as it was shipped, with the same care, in order to avoid further damages during the return.
Please take pictures when packing it! We'll need them to prove it was well packed when a damage during the transport may occur!
However, please contact us before shipping it back to set up all the details.
