Flexible microPlyer Interpolationseinheit, diese Komponente kann bis zu 256 Mikroschritte / Schrittauflösung bieten, selbst in Systemen mit begrenzter Pulsfrequenz kann immer noch eine perfekte Sinuswellensteuerung erreicht werden.
Beide Komponenten haben Puls- / Richtungseingänge und können völlig unabhängig voneinander arbeiten.
Die Konfiguration erfolgt über einen digitalen Eingang.
