You are looking at a used passenger power window lock switch. This was removed from a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 has a grey trim bezel, a couple of the little clips are missing, see pictures. Switch will fit 2002-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2003-2008 Dodge Ram 2500-3500 trucks. See pictures. All switches worked when removed. Condition is Used.
