Return Policy

• The item must be returned within 30 days after the buyer receives it.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
• You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Free Local Pick-Up / Warehouse Collection

• Premier House offers a third-party warehouse collection for heat pumps and fridges only.

• Not all items are available at all locations and are subject to stock confirmation at the warehouse.

• Payment must be made prior to pick-up. Our third-party warehouse does not accept payments.

• Item collections will require a suitable ute or trailer. Please note items cannot be laid down or loaded into an unsuitable vehicle by the warehouse.

• Full warehouse information will be sent after payment has been confirmed.

• Third-party warehouse is open Monday-Friday, 9 am – 4 pm (except holidays).

I would like to see the unit and pay in person. Is this possible?

We do not have a showroom. We do have a pick-up option on different locations under a third-party warehouse.

• Dandenong South, VIC – For Heat Pump

• Dandenong South , Brisbane, and Perth – For fridge

Warehouse pick up is available Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm except Holidays. You will need a trailer or UTE as it won’t fit inside a 4wd or a wagon.

Can you send the address of Warehouse?

Once payment has been made and confirmed, we will send through all warehouse information for collection.
