If you receive an order that does not meet your expectations,
please allow us the opportunity to fix the problem before leaving negative
feedback or rating us. We want you to be happy with your

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders over $599 will be sent out with signature required. You will need to sign for all of your packages, or they will be returned to sender, and will require additional shipping charges.
Most items (unless noted in the handling time) ship from our warehouse within 4-5 business days from the business day your payment is received and processed in our system. Orders placed Friday and through the weekend will be processed Monday (excluding Holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped from
our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information.
We ship via UPS and FedEx and for small packages we us USPS.
We only ship to a confirmed PayPal shipping address.
All Will Call orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for pickup from the showroom, including in showroom or parking lot orders.
Local pickup is available upon request. A matching ID, which must correspond to the name on the PayPal payment, is mandatory for picking up items. Will Call orders will not be released and will be refused if the person and ID do not match the PayPal payment. Local pick up requires a 24hr processing time before pick up. We will notify you when the parts are ready for pick up.

Warranty
All eBay purchases come with a 30-day warranty from the day you receive your order. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective or missing components, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Any items outside the 30-day warranty will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for any repairs, as well as cover all shipping costs.
