Payment

All our products listed on eBay require immediate payment. If you are wishing to purchase more than one item, click 'Add to Basket' and then proceed to the next item. Once you have added all items to the basket, click the 'basket' icon in the top right corner of the page and complete payment.

Shipping

We will ship to most UK postcode addresses. As long as you are logged in to your eBay account, the correct postage charge will be applied for delivery to your address.

Returns

You have the right to return any purchase made from Transtools up to 14 days after receipt of delivery, however this does not apply to certain goods, e.g. perishable or personalised goods. We will not accept goods back that have been used and expect goods to be returned in the same condition as purchased A returns number must be obtained first before any goods can be returned.
