All goods purchased and paid before 14:00 CST (excludes weekends and USA public holidays) will usually be dispatched the same day. Paid orders received after 14:00 CST will be dispatched the following business day. These dispatch times apply to all our listings unless otherwise stated.

Items will be delivered by the carrier of our choosing. It is advisable for all buyers to provide a contact telephone number that we can pass to the delivery company / agent to assist with delivery.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and other remote areas may be subject to slightly longer delivery time.

Unfortunately, because of our automated delivery process, we cannot change your shipping address or cancel once you have placed your order.

Goods delivered by courier will usually arrive between 9am and 5pm but delivery may be attempted outside of these hours.

If you are out when the courier arrives, they may leave a card with contact number for you to call and arrange redelivery or attempt the following day and make a maximum of three attempts.

We will do everything possible to meet the delivery time specified. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

We can only accept orders from PayPal account holders.

Where a person attempts to buy goods where minimum age limits apply, the contract will be deemed void where the individual is below the required age limit.

Unfortunately, due to our automated system, we are unable to offer you a replacement unit, however, you are welcome to place a new order in case the item is still required.

What happens if I change my mind?

If you change your mind then you can return any items within 14 working days from the date you actually received the product. Please note that all items must be returned to us in their original condition.

Please contact us via eBay messages if you wouldd like to return your item(s). Our customer service team will send you the returns address with all the necessary details you need to include in order to return the item. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage costs.

What if the item is not as described in the listing, arrives damaged, is malfunctioning or missing parts?

In the unlikely event that your item is not as originally described in the listing, is damaged upon receipt, or is malfunctioning or missing something that was detailed in the listing, please do not hesitate to contact us via eBay messages within 14 days from the date you actually received the product. We will provide you with detailed information on how to return your item for a refund and will send you a free returns label.

When you return your item(s), please keep a copy of your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

As soon as we receive your item(s) we will inspect them and issue a refund accordingly.

We aim to complete your refund within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. During busy periods it may take a little longer to process your refund, however, we will always refund you within 6 working days of receiving the returned item (as per eBay managed returns regulations).

All KMP Brand ® replacement parts ("Parts") sold by KM Products Europe Ltd., KMP*USA Ltd. KMP are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacture when correctly installed and operated under normal use and conditions in a properly serviced and maintained machine

CONDITIONS

This warranty is valid for eighteen months from the date of shipment or twelve months from the date of placement into service, whichever is the earlier. During this period "KMP" will, at its discretion, replace any Parts which are found upon its inspection to be defective in material or manufacture. Replacement Parts will be provided to the customer at a place of business of "KMP" or other establishment authorised by "KMP". The Warranty does not include labour to remove or replace parts.

LIMITATIONS

Fitting of "KMP" parts must be in accordance with the latest version of the OEM workshop and installation manuals. All lubricants, fuel and coolant used must be to the OEM specification.

"KMP" must be notified in writing by the customer of any Warranty claim. "KMP " reserves the right to examine every item that is subject to a claim under this Warranty and the right to examine any associate parts of the engine/machine plus any relevant documentation.

Parts that are subject to a claim under this Warranty must not be removed from the machine or returned to "KMP" until "KMP" issues written authorisation. Any parts authorised by "KMP" to be returned must be tagged with the "KMP" Returns Reference (RR) Number that has been issued by the "KMP" claims department.

"KMP" does not warrant any of its Parts that have been altered from the original specifications, misused, or damaged by accident or negligence or where the engine specification has been changed from the OEM standard (eg. increased power, non-standard fuel pump settings etc.).

This Warranty is provided solely to the direct customers of "KMP", whose accounts are not overdue, and not to any other party, and it is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied. "KMP" expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies under this Warranty are expressly limited to replacement Parts as specified above. All other claims for loss arising out of the failure of any Part are excluded, including claims for direct or indirect economic or moral loss and special or consequential damages.

Any legal claims or procedures under this Warranty are to be adjudicated in the UK under the English law, and must be filed, through an English court.
