SMALL BREED PINK HEART NYLON DOG COLLAR

This pretty as can be dog collar is hot pink collar with lighter pink heart design.  This is for a smaller breed dog.  This will adjust from approximately 19" to 23" when on the dog.  Always be sure to allow for comfort in the sizing!  3/4" wide.  No bulky hardware.  Nickel plated buckle and dee ring for leash attachment.  Nice easy care 2 ply nylon.  Love this design!  Brand new.

As a general rule, I will combine shipping as follows: base shipping amount on highest stated shipping amount of items purchased then each additional item will be just $2.50 for US buyers

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your items. I try very hard to provide ample information regarding my items. Measurements and sizes are provided to assist you. If you must return an item, you must notify me immediately and item must be received back within those 30 days. If items are returned after the 30 days the package will be refused and a refund will not be issued!!!!  NO exceptions!  The item must be returned in the exact condition of which you received it. Used or "tried out" items may not be returned! Refunds are processed promptly upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed through Paypal for the item cost only...shipping charges are not refundable.  It is the buyers responsible to read and comply with the return policies as stated above.
