Here is a pre-stamp letter entire all one piece of paper folded as usual with the letter inside and the address and postal frank marks to the outside.
It has been addressed to a Matthew Wood Bart of Gloucester from London. Postage frank marks include Gloucester Oct 5 1841 as well as a Paid stamp and a line of ink through the address. Watermark in the paper is a crest of arms, not what what it is.

The letter itself before being folded measures approx. 22.5cm x 18.5cm.
