This red "press" button that releases the seat belt latch was never made by Saab as a replacement component. If you are no longer able to release seat belt buckle without the help of your favorite screw driver because the red push button that reads "PRESS"
is missing or cracked... you need one of these!
you will also need a spring that we are including
if you want to repair more than one seat belt on your Saab - change the item quantity to the number you need!

How do I change the button?


The broken button can be easily removed with a small pocket screwdriver and this one just pops into place. Be sure to remove all broken plastic from inside the latch area and be careful there is a small spring under the red button.
