In regard to a common cold nasal congestion may be caused

not only by nasal secretion, but also by swollen nasal

mucosa. In addition to the difficulty in nasal breathing in

the ear may develop an unpleasant stuffy feeling.

Our product can help mothers to cleanse the young child’s

nasal passages from the deposited sputum in the home

environment. The use of the nasal aspirator accelerates

the healing process of the airways and alleviates instantly

the kid’s breathing.

Nasal apparatus for removal of nasal secretions

Nosewashing process:

1. Preparations: connect the vacuum cleaner to the power

supply (put a button in the connector), then place the

appliance close to the body at your fingertips or arm

so that it can be turned on

2. Install the appliance and insert the bell connector into

   the vacuum cleaner tube.

3. In both nostrils of the child, add saline solution

(0.9% saline solution, which corresponds to the composition

of the tears. Does not bake, does not irritate, only moisturizes

and softens the secretion). After 3 minutes, you can begin to remove

the softened secretion. The drip softens the dry secretion that

adheres to the mucous membranes of the nose, so safely, without

damaging the mucous membranes, you can rinse your nose.

4. The position should be appropriate for the child's age.

a.) Removal of secretions from the nose of infants and infants:

Rest the child's body on your left forearm, hold your fist

in the middle position, and hold it in the recumbent position

at approximately 45 degrees. It is important not to hold the

child with his head tilted backwards, even in the supine position,

as this makes it difficult to remove the secretions. Then due to

gravity, the secretion slides into the throat.

In case of good posture, the secretion leaks towards the direction of removal of the secretion,

in the direction of the nasal canals, and this facilitates the removal of the secretion by the apparatus.

In infants and infants, there is not yet so much and so much secretion that you should make a

real vacuum, so you do not need to press to close the nasal canal on the other side. In this age you

couldn't do it anyway, because the moment you closed one nostril with a tube, the other nostril with

compression, the child would open his mouth.

In the age of the infant and infant, the hands do not need to be fixed either, because the child

does not yet have the power to switch off the vacuum cleaner or interfere with flushing. This may

eventually occur after a full 6 months.

b.) Young child's nosewash - older infant and preschooler:

Take the baby in your arms. Put his legs between yours and squeeze them slightly if necessary.

If you have help at hand, the other person may accept the child's hands. Ask the child to bend his

or her head slightly forward and down, thus assisting in the removal of the secretion by the force of gravity.

If the child is mature enough to cooperate, you can compress the other nostril to create a vacuum,

thus shortening the time the nose is removed. Vacuum formation accelerates and facilitates the removal

of secretions, but this is not inevitable. You can only achieve this if the child is willing to cooperate, and you

can ask him or her not to open his mouth as we remove the nasal secretions.

The importance of removing nasal secretions: By closing the nostrils in the nose, a vacuum is created,

allowing the secretion to be emptied from the central nasal passage into a common nasal canal, from which

you can already remove it with the NOSE. This is very important in the case of thick secretions. The mucous,

liquid secretion already empties itself from the middle nasal corridor into the common nasal canal, from

where with the NOSKO apparatus and without the formation of a vacuum you can easily remove the secretion.

Before removing nasal secretions, it is very important to use nasal drops at every age of the child!

5. Switch on the vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the workmanship, the NOSKO apparatus

operates at a constant pressure of 0.2 bar, which is quite safe even when

removing the secretions from the nose of the newborn.

6. Position the head of the appliance near the opening of the nose. Hold the head

of the appliance in your right hand so that the silicone tube (as drawn on the

appliance box) faces upwards. This is important to avoid leakage of secretions

into the tube, thus preserving the hygiene of the apparatus, so you only have

to wash the head of the apparatus and the container, and not the silicone tube.

Approach the head of the appliance through the opening of the nasal canals,

insert the tube into the canal itself to the point where it extends. It should

not be pushed deeply into the nose as this does not increase the effect. The tube

should be held down and to the side to remove the secretions and from the bottom

   of the nasal canals.

You can remove the secretion for a maximum of 5 seconds at a time.

If this is not enough, you can repeat the 5 second rinse several times with pauses

of 3-5 seconds, but it is advisable to repeat as long as the secretion in the pan appears.

7. Remove the appliance from the nose.

8. Switch off the vacuum cleaner.

9. With a soft cloth, wipe a drop of secretion around the nose if necessary.

10. If necessary, apply a cream around the baby's nose, with which you can prevent the

nasal secretion from making redness and skin irritation.

11. Remove the rinse aid from the vacuum cleaner.

12. Remove the head and rinse well with running water under the tap. If necessary, it

can be boiled or otherwise sterilized (eg by drowning in a disinfectant solution).

When washing, the container from the head of the appliance must be dismantled,

and the head itself can be dismantled to rinse. The NOSKO appliance can be dismantled

into 5 separate parts, which in addition enables hygienic maintenance, aids and

    sterilization of the appliance.

13. Once the parts are dry, place them in a clean place so that you can use them immediately next time.
