You’re looking at a Rolex GMT MASTER blue and red bezel insert. It’s GUARANTEED to be 100 PERCENT ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC and GENUINE. It’s in very good condition. There is a little bit of the blue paint flaking on the outside edge of the insert next to 4. I don't know if that would be noticeable in a bezel.

The inside diameter measures approximately 30.8 mm and the outside diameter measures approximately 37.3 mm. The width of the insert measures 3.4 mm.
