When tested it powers on and menu options appear in the display window.  All of the buttons seem to work properly.  I do not have the knowledge to test any further than power.  The side racks and power supply are included. This item is in good cosmetic condition. It does show some wear consistent with use - some scratches and scuffs on the exterior.  Please look closely at the pictures. Item is sold as described.
