Jacobsen part # 2721181, 4284112

original part (the 2721180) is an old obsolete part for Jacobsen. 

We have in our system that the part you ordered can be rotation changed and used in its place as the closest available alternative. 

Going forward these are very easy to rotation change, this one is anticlockwise, you just need to remove the cap (circled in the attached pic) and you will see the reversing check valve inside, this needs to be removed turned around and re-inserted the opposite way. 

The motors are all built as bi-directional motors with bi-directional seals and are "run in" in both directions, this valve is the only part that makes the unit directional. 

Unfortunately there is no easy fix for the porting as the ports are different sizes, are you able to obtain adaptors? Ports are code E3 E3 1/2" Bsp ports
