These Plug Ins are direct from Agilent. They were used by R&D Loveland and Colorado Springs. They are used, but were used in-house by Hewlett-Packard. They are not factory returns.
54711A Attenuator 50 Ohm Attenuator Plug-in with External Trigger (1.5 GHz bandwidth with HP 54720D)
54712A Amplifier 50 Ohm Amplifier Plug-in with Internal Trigger (1 GHz bandwidth with HP 54720D)
54712A's are equipped with BNC, N, and TNC connectors. This is non-standard, but in use at HP.
A buyer of a 54712A may want to request the termination that is desired.
