Orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Concord, CA within 1 business day.  Please make sure you provide a valid address that receives postal mail. Else please provide a PO Box.  Items returned to seller due to address problems will be assessed a fee of the greater of $12 or 20% of the item .
