Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ATS RC Planes and try our best to represent every item accurately and give as much information as possible.  If you have any questions about an item, please email before placing a bid.  We will accept returns. You will need to email us within 30 days of receiving the item for return authorization and item must be in the mail (or UPS/Fedex) to us within 5 days.  The unused item  must be received  in the Unused, Original packaging and NEW, Unused condition that you received it in.  Return charges are paid by the buyer. Shipping, handling or insurance costs are not refunded.  This does not apply to items sold "as is" or items with defects and/or conditions that are described in the listing as they are non-returnable.
