Vintage Pottery NCE 1985 Soup Bowl with Blue Heart and  Handles. It is splatter paint. It is 4 1/2" W x 2 1/2" H. It is in excellent condition- appears unused/gently used. I do not see any signs of use. The bottom rim of the bowl is slightly "rough". This appears to be in the making.
