DVD#2 continues with more example performance and backing tracks, including:
- A slow Blues, an uptempo Rock/Blues, a typical Pop song structure with minor chords and a bridge, and a fast Western Swing in the Style of “Steeling Home”, that I call “Stealing Helmes”, in tribute to Don Helmes, the father of C6 lap steel guitar!
- Tips throughout for accompaniment, melodic, and solo playing.
- Learn scales and how to make music with them - licks you can use!
- Example pieces for you to learn, and how to apply the ideas to any song.
- A complete understanding of each example piece, section by section, with chapter markers for each (easy start-and-stop as you work through the DVD)
- Performances of each example piece so you have a clear goal to aim for
