Please note that if you want to see your item sooner than later, USPS Ground Advantage isn't what you should choose.

eBay gives a delivery ESTIMATE. It is an ESTIMATE, not a promise. Packages leave our building VERY QUICKLY. Once the package leaves our hands the speed and direction in which it travels is up to the carrier.

If you click the "i" in a circle near eBay's delivery estimate it says the following:
"Delivery time is estimated using our proprietary method which is based on the buyer's proximity to the item location, the shipping service selected, the seller's shipping history, and other factors. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods."

2.    Make sure that your shipping address is correct.

3.  Please ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SHOPPING ON YOUR SMARTPHONE **read the item description**.

Not only will it clarify what you are purchasing, it will likely also answer any questions you have.

eBay hides the description on the app so you have to click to expand it.

4.    If you have ANY questions, please ask before you purchase.

5.    Please purchase only if you are happy with the price and product as shown.

If you don't like the price, the color, the shipping cost, etc…

please don't purchase only to complain about these things later.

6.    Please open your package when it arrives and inspect the contents
(not a month later).

Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite communications.
If you dropped it and broke it or broke it during installation or sliced it with your knife opening the package...
 that is not a shipping damage & we will try our best to help you out if you have dropped an item or damaged it during installation or in any way on your end.

7.    We may change the shipping carrier chosen if that will get the item to you FASTER.

Fedex picks up 2 hours earlier than UPS.
Fedex delivers some packages on Saturday and Sunday.
UPS delivers some packages on Saturday.

8.  International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.

Please send a message through eBay. We do check in multiple times a day on weekdays and at least once on weekends. Often if you don’t get an immediate answer, it is because we need to consult with someone else to get the correct answer.

Please double check that you are purchasing the correct item, and that you need the item for your car to save us both time.  We understand errors do occur. We almost always have multiple quantities of each item ready to go.
