These are Standard Wattage 60/55W Hyperbulbs that have the appearance of 130/120W bulbs!

BEWARE of bulbs with Japanese Names, writing and/or Claims that are not really made in Japan...such as Nokya and Mtec... 

CATZ bulbs are 100% Made in Japan!!!

 These bulbs are designed with an emphasis on lighting output/performance rather than with an emphasis on cosmetics. 3900K is only slightly whiter than stock 3300K bulbs. Keep in mind that Higher Kelvin Temp bulbs have less actual light output especially when you start going over 5000K.  It is logical....the darker the color coating on the bulb, the less light output you will get. Think of it like putting sunglasses on your headlights, the darker the glasses, the less light output there will be even though the color may be desired.
