This item is from a Beanie Babies collector. She is a huge fan of the Ty products. Most tags on the ear/body have plastic covers and tush tags are perfect unless otherwise noted in the individual descriptions.

Scotch is a bear from the Attic Treasures collection.  He is 13 inches tall.  He has black eyes and a black nose. He is dressed in overalls and matching hat..  There are joints at the legs, arms and neck.  The ear tag is perfect and has a plastic cover. The tush tag is burgundy.  This item would be a great gift for the collector or a child.
