The PTFE reusable hose ends are easier to install than cutter-style fittings and more user-friendly. With their compression-style design, they can be reused without damaging the fitting, and the nipple pilot prevents damage to the inner tube.
The PTFE hose fittings mechanically clamp onto the PTFE hose core to provide the maximum seal possble and separately clamp the stainless steel outerbraid to achieve the strongest possible hose retention.
Their one-piece design allows for improved flow and eliminates two potential leak points (brazed joints).
Manufactured using aluminum alloys that meet or exceed minimum requirements for aerospace hose fittings. Each component is precision-machined to exact tolerances for trouble-free performance.
