Seller’s 30-Day DOA Warranty for functionality only.  Manufacturer may give longer warranty with your supported System x machine that the product is installed in. Warranty process is simple, contact us within the warranty period with problem details for diagnosis, if problem couldn’t be solved via email/phone support, you’ll be issued RMA # with return address, once we received your returned product, we’ll repair or replace the defective product as soon as we are able.  If we are not able to repair/replace the defective product, we’ll issue full refund.

Shipping:

To the US:   DHL Express:  $19.95 (normally overnight), $5 each additional unit;
     To Canada:  Purolator Air: $29.95, $5 for each additional unit  (normally delivered overnight) or Purolator Ground:  $19.95, $2 for each additional unit (normally 2 to 5 business days);

To Russia, South/Latin Americas:   Canada Post Air Parcel (no tracking): $29.95 (normally 2 to 5 weeks), $10 each additional unit;

     To all other International destinations:   DHL Express:  $29.95, $10 for each additional unit (normally overnight to 3 business days).

 TAX: only apply to shipment within Canada

For Shipment Destined within CANADA (other than BC), buyer must pay GST or HST.  For Shipment Destined within BC, CANADA, buyer must pay BC PST and GST.
