An old Swedish, Norwegian & Scandinavian tradition. Our potato sausage is made from 80% lean quality pork, potatoes and onions all stuffed in natural casings. Another name for this sausage is Potatis Korv. Potatis Korv is traditionally served hot as a seasonal dish in Sweden, but it is also often served hot or cold throughout the year. Whether you grill it, fry it or simmer it, this one will bring back old memories. Sausages processed in Nebraska, where they know good meat, that's great for grilling on your grill at home or at a tailgate party. Shipping & Packaging

We ship via UPS (the US Postal Service does not allow shipments including dry ice).  This offers UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous States of the United States.  Our apologies, but we cannot ship outside the United States (including APO and FPO addresses).

Using ample dry ice, our packaging allows our products to reach the entire 48 states via UPS Ground and still remain frozen.  NOTE: Most shipments go out on Monday or Tuesday so as to avoid having the product sit in the UPS trucks over the weekend.  We want to ensure that the meat arrives frozen.
