Skills required: Knit/ Purl/Cast on/Cast off/ Increase(yarn forward)/ Increase(yarn round needle)/ Decrease(K2tog), sl (slip next stitch), m1 (make a stitch by picking up horizontal loop lying before next stitch and working into back of it/ psso (pass slip stitch over)

These hats have been designed for premature/ small babies, approx. 3-5lbs  or could be knitted for children's dolls.

If you were to use 4mm knitting needles and DK (double knit) yarn, you could follow this pattern to make 'newborn baby' size hats. 

Pattern will be sent in a polly pocket and hard back envelope. Pattern is printed on good quality paper:120gsm.
