All our tank connectors are supplied with self tapping stainless steel screws and are therefore ideally suited for total immersion under water.

Many inferior products use zinc plated screws and can have adverse effect under water, especially when salt or chemicals such as formalin and malachite green come into regular contact with such fixings.

The Radial Tank connector listed in drop down box are ideally suited for placement on the contoured surfaces such as a vortex, where the radial shaped design, contours snugly onto the outside surfaces leaving a close fit for final sealing of the 110 mm outlet port.

Standard Economy Delivery (Royal Mail Second Class) - Estimated within 2 - 3 working days.

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Please check at your local post office if you have not received the item within this time; be aware Royal Mail requires 15 working days before an item is considered lost.

Courier - Heavier Items - Estimated within 2 - 3 working days

Returns

Koi Zone operates a 14 day money back refund on the purchase price of all goods providing that, Goods are returned in perfect, unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging.

The purchaser ensures that the goods are securely and adequately packed to avoid damage. The purchaser pays all return postage costs unless item is found to be faulty.

We recommend that you return products by recorded delivery or by carrier that requires a signature.

Koi Zone accepts no responsibility for goods returned to us that are not received unless signed proof of delivery can be provided.

On safe return of the product the purchase price of the goods excluding any post and packing charges will be refunded.

UK postage cost is only refundable under warranty if a fault is found under test. If no fault is found then a returns and handling charge will apply.

All items returned that are unwanted must be in there original packaging in fit condition for resale as they were received. If an item is not returned in this condition it will not be eligible for a refund. All items that are unwanted are returned at the buyers cost and this is not refunded.

Please note: Any item returned to Koi Zone that is unidentifiable, deemed not to be faulty (therefore requiring return postage) or requires parts/service charge that is not fulfilled by the purchaser within 3 months from date of arrival or from when latest advice given (whichever is the latest date) will be disposed of without further notice.

We will not pay the return postage unless we have provided permission for the goods to be returned to us. We will only repay the shipping costs if agreed to a level of second class recorded, please do not return faulty goods to us using either a First Class or Special Delivery Service or without our permission first.

Cancellation or Changes

Order Cancellation or Changes to Orders.

Please ensure before placing an order that all your details, including your delivery address, telephone no and item are correct as sometimes they cannot be amended after an order is placed due to the high level of orders placed. Once an order has been placed it will be processed almost immediately. Unfortunately this means that we cannot prevent it from being dispatched, or amend the delivery address, or change the quantity or item being ordered, as it will be in amongst hundreds of other parcels in sealed, weighted bags awaiting collection by our couriers.

This means if you wish to cancel the order you will need to send the goods back to us once received at your expense . You will need to contact us once you received and obtain full return Authorisation and a unique return number.
