Warning:

Never service a heater while it is plugged in, operating or still hot. Severe burns and electrical shock can occur.

Note: Correct pump pressure must be calibrated after installation.

  • This can be done using a low pressure gauge such as the DESA HA1180 gage or an equivalent.
  • This can also be done by turning your adjusting screw clockwise until the nose cone of the heater is glowing orange except for the last inch of you nose cone.
  • This will give you the optimum heat from your unit as well as the least amount of fumes. If fumes burn your eyes discontinue use and consult a service technician.
  • When removing replacement Rotor from the package and installing into the heater, do not strike or drop the rotor or damage may occur.
  • Handle rotor by the body only.
  • No warranty will be given for parts damaged during installation.
  • If part is broken upon receipt a picture will need to be taken of the part in the unopened package before any parts exchange can occur.
  • For any addition information please contact our office by email through our eBay store and one of our customer service agents will respond to your question in a timely manor.
