New iwithout the tags from Gymboree.  They still have the plastic ring, just no price tag.  Cute pair of sandals with velcro around the ankles.  Great for the 4th of July and all summer.  03 is suggested to fit 9-12 months.

My items come from a smoke free home. We have a dog & I try as best I can to not let him help me with ebay but sometimes I miss a hair or two;-) Items pictured may be a different size than what you are bidding on. Payment is due within 3 days of winning bid unless you contact me prior to your purchase.  If you have more than one auction or store purchase, you will need to make ONE paypal payment for combined shipping to apply. PLEASE wait for the combined invoice.  Some people have commented that they have to pay after each purchase.  I believe you have to put items in your cart and then purchase.   Due to ebay now collecting fees off of shipping charges, I will not be refunding shipping if you make payments on each item won.  I am sorry but I don't have the time to contact ebay and try to get my fees back from the payments.   I do have a small, one-time, handling fee added in the shipping charge. I hope you understand that I have costs associated with auctions and shipping.  

I try and ship within 1 business day, but being human, things come up and I am delayed in shipping. U.S. address items will include delivery confirmation. Shipping communication for US shipping will be done through your paypal payment and will contain your d/c tracking information, also available in the auction listing once shipped. International buyers are responsible for paying all any customs/duty/taxes/fees if applicable. Please do not ask me to mark ANY international packages as gifts or lower their value.

As far as insurance is concerned, since domestic items already include delivery confirmation for tracking, I do not believe in adding another cost to the buyer for shipping smaller, inexpensive items. If you want your item insured, please contact me once you have won, and I will revise the s/h price to reflect the cost of insuring your purchase. I pack my items very carefully. If you do not understand any or all of my auction terms, please feel free to email me and ask questions BEFORE you bid OR pay. Returns are happily accepted if I sent you an incorrect item. I will not accept returns if item does not fit or you are unhappy with the purchase unless you pay the return shipping and the 20% restocking fee.  I also will not refund your original shipping paid since this has already been paid out to the Post Office. Item must be returned to me in the exact condition as it was mailed to you.
