I found there are several ways to wear the attached scarf on this dress.  You could wrap it as a shawl around the doll, pull up and tie behind her neck, or under her armpits around to the back and put the ends of the ties through a loop that is attached back there.  The very full netted skirt is three layers, with the top layer being black netting.  The velvet-like bodice has a fishnet-like fabric with silver microdots attached and they have clear beads sewn to the microdots.  The tie starts at the top of the bodice in the middle, and as I mentioned earlier, there are several ways to wear the tie portion of this dancing dress.  All of the dress is one piece with the panties underneath (similar to a leotard).
