Transmission Undercutting

This listing is for our transmission undercutting service for second gear set on your transmission.  This is NOT a transmission for sale! PLEASE READ the listing below BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!!!

Having problems with second gear slipping or popping out?  This is a VERY COMMON problem with most all sport bikes.  No need to purchase a new gear set.  Undercutting is the permanent solution.  We will fix it right the first time and our work is 100 percent guaranteed!   Your trans will be reassembled after undercutting and ready for you to install.

Instructions:

Shipping your transmission to us:  Wrap output shaft w/gears in newspaper,  bubble wrap or a used towel that you no longer need.  You want to make sure that the transmission cannot roll around in the box or puncture through the box sides so use packing materials around the wrapped transmission as well.  You can ship to us Fed-x, UPS or USPS Flat Rate medium or large box.
