Non-payment: Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase. Ebay's User Agreement states that the high bidder is expected to honor their bid and is obligated to complete the transaction. Domestic Shipping: When offered, shipping is free within the United States when purchase is made using Buy-it-now. When "Best Offer" is used, standard shipping rates apply. USPS Priority Mail or Fedex  is used, whichever is more beneficial for the buyer. Overnight shipping is available upon request. All items are shipped insured.

International Shipping: All International shipments are required to be insured. Contact me to get correct International shipping rates. Customers are charged the actual shipping rates. Duties and taxes may be levied by the country of destination. The customs papers cannot be altered, so do not ask.
