Here is a set of 3 replacement Needle Bearings for your Quincy QRDS series oilless compressor, which are very common in hospitals.  These bearings go in the connecting rods and then the wrist pins go through them.  Over time these bearings may wear out, so its cheap insurance to replace them every few years.  These are an equivalent version to part number: 113330, without having to pay a premium for them coming in a Quincy box.   

A set of three is enough to replace all of the needle roller bearings on one unit, models QRDS 15 HP or 20 HP.  Measures roughly  1.25" tall and 1.5" wide.
