We have a 30 day return policy in operation. All items must be returned as received.
Please message us if you are returning a product so that we can give you the returns
address.
Customer has to pay for the returning product. Please keep your receipt of postage as
proof that you have posted it as things do get lost, sometimes. Designersonline4u are not
responsible for items that get lost when posting back to us.
In the unlikely event that the bag is faulty or damaged, we will refund the postage as well as
the product. The refund will come into operation once the item has been checked in our
office.

Once receiving your item it may be slightly squashed due to packing , now you may want to do handbag stuffing ( that is what it is called) stuff your bag with acid free and wax free tissue paper,
if you do not have this to hand, place a cotton fabric item inside the bag. Do not over stuff , you are just retaining the shape. If you are storing your bag, for extra care use a dust bag.
