GAME DESCRIPTION

Team Sonic Racing for the Nintendo Switch is an arcade-style kart racing game that emphasizes cooperative team mechanics alongside traditional high-speed competition. Players select from 15 characters from the Sonic the Hedgehog universe, divided into Speed, Technique, and Power classes that dictate handling and abilities on the track. Instead of racing purely for individual victory, players form three-person teams to share power-up items, execute slingshot speed boosts, and trigger a shared Team Ultimate meter for temporary invincibility. The game features 21 distinct tracks across various environments, 14 offensive and defensive Wisp items, and deep vehicle customization to alter vehicle stats and appearance. On the Nintendo Switch platform, the game supports up to four players in local split-screen multiplayer, up to eight players via local wireless, and up to twelve players in online matches.
