Made in the USA, this heavy-duty commercial grade architectural floor outlet cover installs completely flush with carpet, tile, hardwood, concrete, or terrazzo flooring to protect underlying electrical receptacles and data lines. The back of the flange features crisp factory stampings, including the authentic WALKER brand name, P/N 1018 model identifier, and a UL listed stamp for certified safety, engineering, and electrical compliance.

Condition:

While actually brand new marked as used as it’s not in perfect condition, with some patina forming while sat in a storage warehouse. This purely cosmetic and while not very noticeable and discounted due to this, the patina is preferable to some having a more traditional, rustic, more homely appeal. There are no scratches, no dents, or any other damage that I can find. The pieces screw nice and tightly together with no cross threading, dirt, or any other issue. With each piece so smooth they are all able to be tightened by hand till the last turn needing a screwdriver. Note: By looking around the screw holes one can tell they are indeed new as there are no scratches from previous screws scrapping on the brass, as it has never even been screwed down.
