Victorian Brown Transferware Platter – J.D. & Co Warwick
Antique Victorian brown transferware platter, produced by J.D. & Co, Warwick, dating to the late 19th century.
The platter features a finely detailed Aesthetic Movement–influenced design, combining geometric borders with decorative panels and scenic motifs. The brown transfer print on a cream ground is typical of the period and displays very well.
The reverse bears the printed J.D. & Co Warwick mark, along with a Victorian registry-style lozenge, confirming British manufacture.
