Warning:

• It is a daily home use tool to relax your neck and shoulders mucles. If you have neck issue, please ask for doctor firstly.
• During using, if you feel pain seriously, please stop using it and ask for a doctor.
• Please start it from gentle side, 5 minutes a time. When you used it, you can use it 10 minutes a time, no more than 30 minutes a day.

How to use it?

1. Find a flat quiet place to lay down, such as a bed, floor, yoga mat, etc.
2. Locate the neck support of the device around the middle of your neck. Start with gentle traction ( convex side under your head).
3. Gently reposition on the device, up or down along your spine to locate the most comfortable position for your neck. Bent your knees, put your hand beside your head.
4. Once comfortable, allow your neck to settle further into the support. Taking slow deep breaths helps to relax.
5. Take notice of how the support is reinforcing your posture. You may observe at this point that you are releasing tension.
6. You may notice your neck, traps and shoulder muscles relax further and your posture become more correctly.
7. Reposition lightly every few minutes to prevent localized fatigue. You may re-assume your position if need.
8. Like any new exercise, start off slowly.
9. This product is waterproof. If there is a smell, simply use warm water with liquid soap or any sanitizer commonly used in the home or healthcare setting, and place it in a well ventilated area for 24 up to 48 hours.

• Daily neck and shoulder relaxation. Ideal after desk work or long periods of sitting. Begin with 5 minutes, then gradually build to a 10-minute daily stretching routine.
• Gentle gravity-assisted stretch. The ergonomic curve supports the neck as natural head weight flexes the stretcher. A wide base stays stable on a firm, flat surface for a gentle, power-free stretch.
• Recommended hands-beside-head position. Lie on your back with knees bent, centre your neck on the curve and rest both hands beside your head. This opens the shoulders for the intended neck and shoulder stretch.
• Flexible, resilient support. High-density self-skinning polyurethane foam flexes under head weight and regains its shape. Wipe with a damp cloth; air for 1 to 2 days if a slight new-product odour is present.
• Use gradually and safely. Designed for short relaxation sessions, not for sleeping or use as an everyday pillow. Stop if discomfort occurs; seek medical advice before use if you have an existing neck condition.
