A lovely looking Edwardian era Sterling silver baby's rattle. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1913 by the well known silversmiths
Adie & Lovekin.

It is decorated with a Child image in high relief together with the words
'SNOW BABY'

It has a celluloid teething ring to the top through which a chain, ribbon or similar could be passed if required. It makes a tinkling sound when shaken. It has a pretty Mother of Pearl handle

It measures 3 3/4inches (9.5 cm) long (not including the Teething ring) - overall weight just over 22 gms

It is in a beautiful condition overall with the silver shining up very brightly.
